You can look through the menus, on the top edge of the screen, to find options for creating and managing budgets, customers, vendors, employees and more. Also, the program allows you to create and process invoices, bills, payments, expense vouchers and much more, for individual clients, vendors or employees.

You can use almost any component as a resource for another one. For example, if you wish to create an invoice for a customer, you can search for the client's database entry and insert the relevant information immediately, instead of typing everything. As previously mentioned, GnuCash keeps track of all transactions. What's more, the program is capable of generating numerous reports, about assets and liabilities, budgets, incomes and expenses and many other aspects of your business.
